With a proven track record at Valterra Platinum (previously known as Anglo American Platinum) — where he held senior roles in operations, business improvement, and operating model design — Bert has led initiatives that delivered substantial gains in production and profitability. His strengths span Lean Six Sigma, operational finance, and program delivery, backed by an MBA and a Six Sigma Black Belt. Today, he connects organisations to the right expertise through Waymaker—helping teams fix what’s stuck, execute faster, and achieve results that last.
